Eshcol Farm is a 150 acre certified organic farm run by Stewart Slater, his wife Mari and their children. They have an organic dairy, and attend the St. Marys Farmers’ Market Saturday mornings May to November.
They have available Organic Veal – cut, wrapped, frozen, pieces, quarters and halves, as well as Organic Ground Beef, Summer Sausage and Pepperettes.
